This is a little more than two pages of text exploring some basic information about St. Patrick, St. Patrick’s Day, his writings, and Ireland. It’s not terribly in depth, but it  may be useful for folks who want to introduce middle schoolers and older to some of St. Patrick’s writings or a broader perspective on Ireland and St. Patrick’s Day.

If people want even more to accompany either St. Patrick’s Breastplate, “I Bind unto Myself this Day,” or his Confessio, let me know and I’ll see what I can do.

Also, this Saint Patrick: The Musical by Lutheran Satire is pretty hilarious. 🙂
